He has extensive experience in working in the major sectors including Government, Corporate, Education and Development. He has worked as Business Development Coordinator for International Finance Corporation (IFC) a member of the World Bank Group in Pakistan with an area to promote and develop SME and Corporate Sector and has also worked on International assignments in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.

Has managed the IFC World Bank Business Edge Program and supported its business associates all over Pakistan. Business Edge is a training program which contains a complete training courses on capacity building of SMEs, principal areas include Marketing Management, Human Resource Management, Financial Management and Accounting, General and Operations Management, Personal Productivity Skills and Sector Specific Management Workshops. Has supported training of youth in FATA and KPK with local Government.

Organized more than 60 Promotional/Teaser and pilot events with different Trade Associations and Chambers of Commerce for BE IFC Partner Network.

Worked as Consultant with NUST Business School and NUST University covering the area of Corporate Industrial Linkages. Has managed NUST to sign MOUs with various organizations some of the prominent include both the Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Islamabad and Rawalpindi,  was also principal architect of MOU’s signed with the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) and with Small and Medium Enterprise Authority (SMEDA). Was also looking after the placement of NBS graduates.

He has been involved in Consultancy work since 2000. He has served as Director Marketing in National Commission for Human Development. Has served as Resident Director in Synergy Advertising. He has also taught in the prestigious NUST Business School as Assistant professor for three years, was also one of the pioneers in developing the school.
