Has done PhD in “Governance and Public policy” in which corporate governance and policy management are the core areas. It makes her eligible for any work involving Corporate Governance in Corporates, Companies and Family Businesses especially in policy making and leadership.
16 years of experience of teaching graduate and post graduate students including NUST, NDU and NUML.
Has done her MPhil in English which has enabled her to present and write with proficiency and authority. As “Administrator FFBL Institute of Leadership and Development” she started and established the training institute from the scratch. Analyzed the company profile and decided about the board members, their role and the responsibilities they will have. Being the head she created and managed a team of 15 members and made their job profiles in order to lay down the basic structure for the new department which can be turned into a new company at some time in future.
